Thomas F. Karam
Independent Chair of the Board of Directors
Thomas F. Karam serves as independent Chair of the Board of Directors of ²©öΊʘ·³Ç. Prior to joining
²©öΊʘ·³Ç’s Board of Directors in July 2024, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of
Equitrans Midstream Corporation until January 2024, and as executive chairman of Equitrans
Midstream Corporation until its July 2024 acquisition by ²©öΊʘ·³Ç Corporation. Earlier, he served as
Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of EQM Midstream Partners, LP from 2019 to 2020.
Thomas previously served on ²©öΊʘ·³Ç’s Board of Directors from November 2017 until the separation
of ²©öΊʘ·³Ç and Equitrans Midstream in November 2018. Thomas has founded Karbon Partners, LLC,
Laser Midstream Partners, LLC and PennTex Midstream Partners, LLC. Previously he was the
President and Chief Operating Officer of Southern Union Company, and the President and Chief
Executive Officer of Pennsylvania Enterprises and PG Energy.
